@BRHarvie@visegrad24 Looks like navy. Quite possibly they're in between two bands, or far away from a band. It gets really confusing. You can see the steps of the squad on front of you, but they look out of step. (Speed of sound vs speed of light)
But also... navy.
@Magadonian36523@vDarknessFalls8 The guys behind have more options. They can see your buddy AND a threat. They know where he is, and can tackle/protect/push him offline quicker without having to turn around. Also, they have his own momentum working for them if he needs to hit the deck.
@bach_kenneth @Ronxyz00 A lot of white Saffers/Fmr Rhodesians are bilingual, speaking Afrikaans (Dutch and German colonisers) and English (also colonisers, but RSA was part of the Commonwealth). It may be a second language she's spoken since she was in primary school.
@TomPlayford3 But Kamala is more likely to prosecute big companies for flouting labour laws.
It's a pretty precarious argument saying extralegal immigrants are criminals, and should be prosecuted because their presence allows another party to commit a crime, for which they are not prosecuted.
@TomPlayford3 And the counter to THAT is that locals want to be paid in line with local working conditions. Whereas "we'll pay you a pittance but won't ask questions" is only really attractive to desperate people with something to hide.
@TomPlayford3 Each immigrant is taking one job from a tax payer. Each store, hiring dozens of illegal immigrants is actively choosing to deny an American citizen of a job.
Do you think Trump will crack down on that? Because I don't.
@TomPlayford3 I see what you're saying, Tom. Illegal immigration is a crime, but so is hiring illegal immigrants. So is locking them in your store after hours.
So why be tough on immigration, but not on wage theft?
@TomPlayford3@Kon__K Wait... this reads like you think $30 billion is handed to our indigenous people directly. Instead, it's given to various bodies, who use (on average) 90% of it to pay staff and admin costs.
(And it's not "residents", it's "citizens".)
@TomPlayford3 That's not necessarily a fact, Tom. If they're undocumented, it's an estimate, for obvious reasons.
Also, "importing" is an active process. The Dems haven't "imported" illegal immigrants. And, no, we don't "have" to assume that.
@Diprotic@messedupfoods That's really not how your subconscious works. You still need to understand the input. It's like saying you get subconsciously hurt by something in Khmer or Kanji (assuming you don't speak those). It's just a shape to you.
