@TapeACall great job guys, thanks for getting the recording to me!!

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

@TapeACall are your systems down? Did call 30 mins ago and not come through - will it eventually come through?

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

@VodafoneUKhelp thanks but have tried 191 and that explained that they do not have a complaints team, where do I go now?

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

@VodafoneUKhelp @scottban75 yes a phone call from complaints team not the web chat team would be helpful.

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

amazing wife trying to complaint to someone @VodafoneUKhelp told she could only use their chat forum - do they not have a telephone!!!

@British_Airways #toobigfortheirseat BA say cannot discriminate against larger people - is that fair to the one being squeezed for 11hrs?

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

@British_Airways appreciate that Liam but this person was spilling over into my seat, I had paid for and was a very uncomfortable 11hrs

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]

@British_Airways Should people be able to spill over into other persons seat, if they are #toobigfortheirseat? BA say not their issue!!

[Scott Bannerman @scottban75]
