In a world of political turmoil, and where the NHS is under pressure and scrutiny, I would like to highlight and praise my local NHS trust. Last night I ruptured my achilles. I attended South Tyneside District hospital. Within 90 minutes I was seen and discharged (1).

Triage, med assessment, x-ray, cast, and medication prescribed, all within an hour and a half. From booking in at reception (and a paramedic who helped me to a wheel chair), to being seen to the door, South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS trust made me feel like I had gone private.

@RobbieCoo76 I don't doubt that mate. Comment still stands for other places though. Where I am in Tyneside people give the police shit for acting on number plate crimes, they see it as not a real crime, but imagine someone like this takes out a family member and drives off with no plate?

@JoanneYougson 100% its vile, they've tried all sorts and all the club said was its not fair to make someone move when its not their fault, however you can make an old lady move. But they fact no one sat in those seats....
