✅HB 907 (Speaker Pro Tem @JanJonesGA) - Updates completion school requirements to improve transparency.
✅HB 1123 (Speaker Pro Tem @JanJonesGA) - Expanded after-school care to Pre-K students.
✅HB 1030 (Rep. @TucciSandy1) - Math Matters Act strengthens math instruction and advanced learning.
✅HB 1009 (Rep. @ScottHiltonGA) - Expanded the classroom cell phone ban to high schools.
✅HB 1107 (Rep. Carmen Rice) - Increased accountability for teacher preparation programs.
✅HB 1284 (Rep. @DebSilcoxForGA) - Allows terminally ill students to receive their high school diploma.
✅SB 148 – (Sen. @BoHatchett) - Increased personal leave flexibility for teachers.
✅SB 150 – (Sen. Billy Hickman) - Extended Georgia's Return-to-Work program for educators.
✅SB 123 (Sen. Billy Hickman) – Addressed chronic absenteeism and sped up student record transfers.
✅HB 268 (Rep. Holt Persinger) – Strengthened school safety and student protection.
✅FY 2026 Amended Budget - Increased teacher pay, expanded educator leave, and invested in teacher recruitment and retention.
