As a @PAFC member and former umpire, I’ve chosen to observe this case rather than join the commentary.

Now this has reached the appeal stage, I’m happy to point this out: Umpires, from community ranks up, spend time each year preparing for tribunals. Players don’t.

Here's the issue with the media covering the @AFL. There's more reports on "opinions" than actual news, thanks to the overabundance of review shows. All are competing for relevance.

As for this "idea", the Power and Crows would oppose it as the crowd would be less than 50,000.

A slow start cost @PAFC tonight. The Power were the better side in the 2nd half. A 2-3 record after 5 rounds was not what the club wanted, especially with a tough 5 weeks to come.
