@TimTebow Great words of wisdom, Tim.
โEven so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.โ
James 2:17-18
CBS Host: "This is a country founded by immigrants."
JD Vance: "Just because we were founded by immigrants doesn't mean that 240 years later we have to have the dumbest immigration policy in the world."
On this day in 1987, Ronald Reagan stood at the Brandenburg Gate and said four words his own government begged him to cut: "Tear down this wall."
The State Department flagged the line. The National Security Council tried to remove it from draft after draft. Senior advisors called it naive, provocative, an embarrassment waiting to happen. Speechwriter Peter Robinson kept putting it back in.
On the flight to Berlin, Reagan told an aide: "The boys at State are going to kill me, but it's the right thing to do."
So he stood there, with East German police keeping their own citizens away from the other side of the Wall so they couldn't hear him, and said it anyway: "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"
The experts called it a fantasy. 29 months later, Berliners were dancing on the rubble.
Sometimes the most unrealistic line in the speech is the only one history remembers.

But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.โ
