@AvantiWestCoast Euston to Liverpool Lime Street 20:43. The additional problem was continuing to sell seats your representative had told us we could sit in, on the 19:43 train so we had to do continually move, including as the train was pulling out. Certainly not a good experience

@AvantiWestCoast another example of awful customer service, you cancel our train as you don’t employ enough staff, but feel free to sell me a ticket and when you tell me to get the train before and use the same ticket you sell seats so what was available suddenly isn’t, why???
