The coalition is also calling for transparency on the article’s editorial process and accountability from the paper.

Problem with WiFi on flight 1155 EWR—>AUS. I was using United’s entertainment system to watch a movie on my personal device. The Wi-Fi went out halfway through. Then it was almost like the Wi-Fi was messing with me. The network would not be there… /1

Then it would appear, but inside the app, it would not connect to Wi-Fi. Then it would connect to Wi-Fi, but in the entertainment system, only gaming would appear not movies. Then movies would appear, but no content. /2
