@Secul8r@Brightonian_ Not at all. I am asking for all clubs including the bottom 14 to have a better chance to compete for trophies. The rules at the minute have created a ceiling that restricts the likes of brighton, villa, newcastle, leeds etc from realistically challenging consistently
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ Totally agree, their recruitment has been strange at times. They’ve wasted some of their headroom on loans and pre-maddonas
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ Problem is we can’t pay the wages so can’t pick up the elite 70-100m players meaning we are shopping in the lower market which is naturally riskier with potential for more failures
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ Sport should be competitive otherwise what’s the point? It doesn’t matter if it ‘hinders’ the big 6. Currently the bottom 14 are being ‘hindered’. It will mean you need to be better with your recruitment.
@GoonerPtay@Raismango@Brightonian_ You compared the two clubs spending and I gave you the figures you bellend. Balance is lower? We’ve spent less because we aren’t allowed to spend as much as you? What’s your point?
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ How big is the bottom 14’s drought and how long will it continue? Apart from Leicester’s one in a milllion season and jack walkers millions in early 90’s no team outside the big 6 have won the prem. 34 years!
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ So the league would be even more anti-competitive if they weren’t hindered! Every club should have the OPPORTUNITY to spend the same as the top spending club! Whether they do is another issue.
@Cn25_98@Raismango@Brightonian_ 30 years ish?? So it has to take 47 years to be able to compete for the chance to win the league? A whole generation of fan? How is that fair or competitive? You’ve proved my point better than I could articulate it!
