@BootsHelp my order turned up today and one of the bottles had leaked and was empty. The gentleman I have just spoke to at Boots over the telephone was fantastic, quickly sorted a replacement. Fantastic customer service, thankyou 👍

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp can someone please respond to the DM you asked me to send and give me an update on what has happened to the special delivery by 1pm parcel I sent. This is really poor service by @RoyalMail

@RoyalMailHelp I sent a package Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm delivery on 3/4/25. It says it tried to deliver on 4th and the 5th and a card was left. I asked fr the parcel to be redelivered 7/4 and my friend waited in all day - no parcel. Help!

It's Green Watch on duty tonight & it's a bittersweet evening for us as we bid farewell to our lovely Watch Manager, Dave, as he moves on to be Watch Manager for Red Watch. Dave...you have been the heartbeat of Green Watch for 10 years & your presence will be so very missed💚

2/2 when I checked my account, it says @ 18: 10hrs First delivery attempt, will try again. Then at 18:12hrs it says marked as rejected by me & it will be returned to sender & I’ll be refunded! What the hell, I haven’t rejected them. HELP PLEASE

@AmazonUK 1/2 Fed up now…. I had 2 packages due to be delivered yesterday between 5.30pm - 7.30pm. I was out, left instructions on where to leave them & clear instructions to my address. I get an email to say failed attempt delivery and will try again!

Also TV is not working either…..even though doing the checker online is saying everything is ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ the hub is showing white. Switched everything on and off again several times and still nothing!!!

@SkyHelpTeam my phone has stopped auto logging on to the WiFi. It now comes up to log into Sky Captive? What is this? Even when I force it onto the WiFi, it kicks me out saying I have to log onto sky captive, can’t find anything out about it!! Ridiculous!!
