After trying tons of the screen recording softwares with auto-zoom, i've concluded with only two actual contenders:

1. Screen Studio @screenstudio : OG software with best zoom/pan animation. Only downside is slow & resource heavy export.

because Screen studio, Focusee implemented their windowed recording the same way : )
