@SumitM_X Soft deletes all the way, so you don’t need to provide the calling app with delete priv’s. Minimal priv’s always. Didn’t give delete privs to any public facing app.

@Colonthreee This is just silly. Any source control system is easy. You need to know ~3 git commands and if you don’t want to learn them just let your IDE do the work for you.

@BenjaminDEKR We don’t. I select my room of choice in the Hilton app a day in advance, get a digital key on my phone automatically on the day, it unlocks the door and that’s all that’s needed. I check-out using the app too. One of the reasons I try to stay exclusively at Hilton brand hotels.

@ow @brian_lovin I have a new 27” 5K UltraFine on a vesa mount arm. I like it, but having to use a third-party app for brightness because LG couldn’t get that right and obvious lack of built in camera are annoyances I can live with given the price difference - $400 for the monitor.

@VicVijayakumar Run the numbers. Pay somebody 10% of gross to manage it. Depending on where you live, take the tax depreciation and then sell within 5 years so no capital gains tax, hold longer than 5 years and the tax implications start to bite.
