the region that has never been shown in pokemon games.
in 2005, pokemon tcg launched the delta species series. they introduced an entirely new region called holon, a remote, technologically advanced region centered around a massive research tower.
the storyline showed scientists running dangerous experiments with powerful electromagnetic waves, accidentally rewriting the dna of local pokemon and creating mutated ones.
these mutated pokemon were called delta species. instead of normal type matchups, many famous pokemon had their elemental types completely changed. dragonite became electric, gyarados turned fire, mewtwo became metal, and dozens of others received radical new typings and designs.
for some months, the tcg built a full science-fiction storyline around holon, with special researcher trainer cards, unique gameplay mechanics, and a growing mystery. just as quickly as it began, the entire era was quietly dropped and never used again.
The Puffle Party music from Club Penguin was "completely ripped off" of Coconut Mall from Mario Kart Wii, as directly admitted by its composer Chris Hendricks.
@Pistachi0artz i want really emotional scenes with characters. maybe thats because im a sucker for angst but i want at least one scene like barney breaks down and crashes out about how hard it was to be without gordon for so long only for him to comeback and be celebrated like nothing happened
