My child's replacement Zipcard (due by 5 Jan) is sitting goodness knows where in the colossal @RoyalMail backlog & it's costing £20+ extra a week in travel to & from school. We've had no post for a month, a few days strike shouldn't cause this much inconvenience to the taxpayer
