The Uttar Pradesh STF arrested Vivek Kumar Singh in an alleged stock market and IPO investment fraud in which victims were lured through fake stock-training advertisements and WhatsApp groups. Victims were directed to the ACI Century App, where fictitious investment and profit figures allegedly induced them to deposit larger amounts into bank accounts linked to fictitious companies. Investigators said funds were moved through multiple layers, converted into USDT and sent to associates in Dubai, while the wider network was linked to 3,087 online complaints.
