great customer service from my local @StoneacreMotors Volvo dealer today. Rear windscreen wiper arm needs replacing £100 to supply I was asked if I wanted it fitting, asked how much as I thought it would only take 5 mins so just a nominal fee, £180 to fit as it’s a 1 hour job!
