How do you came to know that product is physically damaged.None of croma represented visited to see the product. Its pure arrogance and purely unprofessional behaviour of croma . I tried all ways to resolve the problem but Croma failed. Now i have other ways to go court. Sorry Hope you will understand.

@cromaretail I purchased lenovo monitor from online Croma https://t.co/ypHXhI5dKj is found defective and request is submitted with photographs, but status whether it is registered or not. I called customer care next day and they registered a repair inspite my request to return.
Later 3 times called them but just assurance of action. Today got the message the that problem is resolved and request is closed . While no body visited .Now i have only one option to go to consumer court.Hope you will understand
