This car has a full MG service history and has been recovered three times in 3 months to dealer, twice for steering column clunking and now for this... It just doesn’t give me confidence. My disabled wife needs a reliable car and is upset with keep having to lose her car!
@MGmotor why are my ZS EV 2021 front springs in this condition? 44K miles. Heavy corrosion on the springs, looks like a material quality defect caused premature failure. @TheAA_UK say 60-90k mi avg life and via MG assist were horrified! But dealer says normal wear and tear 🤣
I have a dealer saying the springs are serviceable and passable for an MOT - yet I have an AA breakdown report that says both front springs need to be replaced and the OSF top strut mount/bearing too as this is causing the clunking.
Btw @TheAA_UK on your behalf (MG assist) were excellent and helped my wife. He said to the service desk in dealer “that’s not normal wear” and told my wife to persue it further as he sees many cars and in his opinion, ours have failed prematurely. Who do I believe?!
I’ve got people on FB telling me their car (same model but older) with 60/75k miles don’t look anything like this. I really wanted to look at a new S5 EV but after 2 visits for steering column and now this, I’m quite concerned about realisability/quality, please help!
@ClashRoyale Stop reinventing the wheel, we liked 2v2 and the season shop, etc�� these drastic and major changes upset the community who spend the $$$. Not even an apology video this time (like last year when you admitted you got it wrong) after pulling 2v2. Just a big corporate middle finger
@ClashRoyale 2v2 was pulled for a “bug” but also conveniently freed up server capacity for a new mode no one asked for - now that mode is impacting the QOL of the game and CRL. Open your eyes, put 2v2 back, fix the performance issues or remove merge tactics. Seems poorly handled 🚨
@SkyHelpTeam (Didn’t word that great, with the problem I’ve been having the led changes colour but the box stays off - no display - and I have to reboot it every time. Last night the box was froze green and that needed a reboot to)
@SkyHelpTeam Hmm... This has been happening to me for months on and off. Sky Q box green light but no display on screen (like in standby) but pressing power button changes it from orange to green on power led on front. Last night it was stuck solid green and had to reboot it.
@EE When is the new hub available and will it be offered to existing customers with issues with the smart hub plus? Just switched to EE last week (900mbps plan) and im seeing issues well documented online…
Had a sms about sending in meter readings as my next bill is due, followed link, shows the closing meter reading provided at switch so nothings due, but why would you even do this on a closed account?
@SP_EnergyPeople switched out to @OctopusEnergy last month. Provided meter readings. You were good about the process, account shows closed. Now being asked for meter readings again as my next bill is due; and you didn’t cancel DD after refunding credit, and tried to take money!
Spoke to someone on chat, apparantly after a refund it is my responsibility to cancel the DD and your system cannot do that 😂 but you also didn’t change the DD amount to £0 when closing account so tried to claim a monthly payment again for a closed account.
