@RockWithboAt Haha, not so fast buddy. I have sent you a mail showing exact timestamp where we can see that the product has missing “boat” seal. That means you sent me a tampered product while packaging. Now return my money :)

@RockWithboAt I have already send you a mail showing that the video that you have shared shows a tampered product being packaged. The “Boat” seal is not present in this video. Which matches exactly with the sticker glue mark on the box that we received. Initiate the refund process asap.

@RockWithboAt If there is no resolution to my issue, we shall be taking this ahead legally at consumer court. On that lines, i urge other consumers as well to DM me incase you had issues like this. Its not the matter of 5k but its the matter of incapable company and its supply chain.

@RockWithboAt We have seen multiple issues with your supply chain having gaps, its not the first time in your timeline that you have received the complaints of getting used products or empty box. I have spent my 5k for absolutely nothing. I need evidence that my product was packed properly.

@KiaInd for the past week i hav been facing issue with tire of my Kia Seltos GTline. The air seems to escape from the tire wth no sign of puncture. I went to Bhavana Kia workshop to fix it, they couldn’t find any issue. Now they are asking me to change the tire without any proof

Its pretty rich of you to give warranty on the car and ask me to replace my already good tire for your experiment and my money. This type of service is not expected from your company. Moreover the workshop has no old employees, personalised group has been deleted n service is bad
