@SunExpress Even an airlines like Sun express promoted by suchBig names like Lufthansa and Turkish airlines, take there customer for ride and granted ..sad state of affairs.. 10 days now, denied boarding to old parents registered complaint but only1 reply " OUR TEAM LOOKING INTO IT"

Even an airlines like Sun express promoted by SUCH Big names like Lufthansa and Turkish airlines, take there customer for ride and granted ..sad state of affairs. 2 weeks , denied boarding to old parents registered complaint but only one reply ,,WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT

@SunExpress Me& my 80 year old parents were denied boarding at manchester airport today, despite confirmed ticket booked at sun express.Boarding said that system is showing Tkt cancelled. Tried desperately with SUN help desk to resolve, but no gud. 5 hrs now & still at airport
