Here is a recap of our Christmas party. As one of the traditions at SDAC, we organized a Christmas party on December 19. This time, we had a Christmas buffet, and SDAC members brought food from their countries, resulting in a diverse and delightful spread.

Two of the fourth cohort students spent the winter semester 22/23 abroad. Though they went to the same university in France, they gained varied experiences. In the format of Q&A, they shared with us their impression about the semester abroad, and we will post it soon
Our senior lecturer Mingqing Yuan will organize a documentary film screening and talk event for her “China in Africa” course. The film is about the Chinese in South Africa. It will take place online on Wednesday 11th, from 12:15-13:45 (CET). External participants are also welcome
Yesterday, four SDACers got together to make a gingerbread train! This train looks quite unusual, but symbolizes very much the spirit of our program. We´re rushing, like this train, into the new year 2023 and wish you happy holidays!

20th of December, the SDAC program had a Christmas party organised by student representatives. Students of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th cohorts gathered with the teaching staff to celebrate Christmas and get to know each other better in the informal atmosphere.
