Week 61 of the Strike Against Sewage

Start as you mean to go on. Let’s make 2025 the year we secure a commitment from the government to end sewage pollution in Windermere once and for all.

We also want to take a moment to thank all United Utilities employees who have been working over the Christmas period to keep the sewage works functioning to the best of their ability. This time of year places significant pressure on the infrastructure, and these teams work around the clock to manage the consequences of underinvestment and poor management decisions.

We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and wish you all a Happy New Year from Save Windermere.
