@unhealthytruth Common "macro" view from a low-res hallway CCTV cam versus the higher res and UP CLOSE "micro" view from the officer's body cam. The low-res CCTV cams don't pick up high color detail for small objects in motion, like a shoe. It's nothing more complex than this.
