@superloopau Very happy with the service until today... connection with NBN is up but SuperLoop is down. Can't seem to find a 'Service Status' page and 'live chat' were telling me to reset my router when the issue is at your end?
@MyRepublicAU Internet is now seen as a utility. It’s almost as bad as if the electricity, gas or water was out. I wonder why other ISP’s don’t have the sheer number of outages that MyRepublic do. Keen to understand what the problem was this time and what measures are being put in place…

@AmberElectricAU It would be good if you could show customers a running tally of what their solar rebates actually are. Would make the $20 days easier to stomach knowing there was money banked up to offset it.
@AmberElectricAU On some days where I should have received $2-3 from solar rebates I was instead charged extra (negative solar rebate). Amber pay solar rebates annually as opposed to monthly - wonder if they will provide all the data so I can be confident they haven’t shorted me.
@AmberElectricAU Agreed! I made the decision after about 5 months to move away from Amber. Any savings in the summer months were gone quickly, my average ‘lifetime’ price is above what other retailers are charging. Would have been acceptable if the VIC rebate was being paid monthly, but it’s not.
