this dog literally failed every single test thrown at him to become a service dog and i am scream laughing. but imho heโs still a very very good boy.

I finally responded to my therapist about booking my next appointment. I got/am scared of the therapy she wants to help me with next..but working through it is part of my mental health..even if it scares me. Being honest is hard. #MentalHealthMatters
We went to @originaljoes for a rare date night and once I saw the meal share soup, I was decided. I will always choose to support my community when I can. I loved seeing the local support for our youth in need. #buy1give1

This gets me all the time. After growing up a people pleaser, my 30's have been about saying no more, not so nice and meaning my truth. This also goes along with oversharing to justify your question/decision/thought.
Being open and honest with my supervisor at work about my anxiety has been one of the hardest things I have done. The day after, I feel so much better, lighter, and supported. It does not take away the anxiety I fight day to day, but the communication is open, and that matters.
