@murgachhaap@AxisBankSupport They migrated my Citibank account into an old dormant Axisbank account without my knowledge - now I’m locked out of- worst bank ever
The most fraudulent banking institution @AxisBank took over @Citibank business in India.
They don’t have a migration plan. (Citi Card Cancelled no update on the new one.)
They are not able to issue a customer ID for me. 50 mins on the call and texts (screenshot of failed attempts)
They are not transferring my Citi Premier Miles.
They have deactivated my card but they are not even cancelling my Citi card.
So I can’t use the card and I can’t cancel it also.
Last year I reported a scam on my #AxisBank card and how Axis Bank employees were unlawfully threatening me and my family to clear the fraudulent card dues(I have video and voice recordings) their MD and CEO, Amitabh Chaudhary’s team apologised and kept sending me emails for months that be rest assured we are working on it. Their Corp Comm, Deb Roy, apologised and assured me that the team was working on it. Guess what, nothing happened! (screenshot attached)
That’s because the entire organisation is based on fraud and deceit. It has become a system for them and someone needs to stand up and bring it to light.

@VirginAtlantic I responded to your DM only to be told that you don’t address the issues there and ask me to go to my bookings! I’ve gone there too but the PIR number and last name does not fetch any records - I complained about that and no one bothers to answer
