📌
Dear DV Winners,
Your lawyers won't tell you this, but now is a very good time to learn how to fill out Forms I-134 and I-186.

@vladtotkalo@curtismorrison We suppose you are one of the 13,000 people
claiming, "I'm a plaintiff too."
But as far as We know, there are 1,400 plaintiffs.
Good luck to you with Curtis and his lies, my friend. That is, of course, if you really are a plaintiff.
Come on, tell us a bit about how you humiliated in special case telegram group the Ivanov plaintiffs and left them with absolutely nothing.. @curtismorrison
@vladtotkalo@curtismorrison Why don't you ask Curtis, who told the plaintiffs in the Ivanov lawsuit privet group; "I hope the Medani case protects you, because Ivanov won't"
@VulKahn69@curtismorrison These are money traps —akin to the Ivanov case— that lawyers who lined their pockets with that litigation are now trying to present as a second potential avenue. The government will also use the "Public Charge" rule, set for September 18, to block the interviews and issued visas.
@VulKahn69@curtismorrison Nobody knows that but very low. All we know is that the lawsuits that were filed —and the Ivanov case in particular— were completely meaningless.
@AmstEcosystem This morning at Ankara Embassy, many DV interview has been rejected from on front door.
We don't think there will be another interview before 18 September.
😳
Today's government status report for the Ivanov Case of #DV2026;
"State further reports that seventeen (17) of the plaintiffs in Ivanov and one (1) plaintiff in
Saito were refused under INA § 212(f). Id. ¶ 11.
The main question is;
What kind of LAWYER(!) takes / or does not inform these plaintiffs on a DV case that has been refused under 221(f) and demands money from people for it?
Money > everything 😡
And while State is not reviewing those denials,
as they fall outside this Court’s Order, the agency will review those denials if applicants provide evidence which overcomes the inadmissibility criteria outlined in INA § 212(f). Id. ¶ 11."
📌 @curtismorrison & @BritSimonSays
STOP RESUBMITTING AF and AS case to the Ankara Consulate, which is already extremely busy!
While thousands of case waiting in Ankara to get visa at their homeland. Don't direct citizens of other countries to Ankara and give them false hope.

@Adrian13355161 We're sorry, but there's no point in you suing in a case where a Class decision has already been made.
The fact that Travel State's statement doesn't mention the Ivanov case is a prime example of this.
You should patiently continue sending e-mails, this is only way to do now
🚨
What are you waiting for to email the consulate where the case is located?
All applicants, especially those who have already had an interview but whose visas have not been issued (221g) due to current Trump Ban, should contact their consulates via email ASAP.
Everyday!!!
