This is really frustrating, being a responsible citizen my wife paid advance tax even with little earnings, and now she has to wait indefinitely for her refund. Raised 4 Grievances & helpline but every time a prerecorded reply without any resolution.

Once again Indian taxpayer is waiting for their hard-earned money due to sluggish IT processing. The false claim of processing more than 60% of ITR is mostly for zero returns or less than 10K. Not even replying to the Grievance posted. @IncomeTaxIndia @PMOIndia
