Sleep…. Since it’s non existent, I got up and made lamb stew for my mum to eat tomorrow while I’m on the very farm this lamb came from scanning pregnant ewes ahead lambing season… all 220 ewes to round up.. then dose and inject them.. autopilot mode tomorrow it is

Parity with Europe is one of the big points.

Europe know that they VAT rate needs to be 10% which is why the vast majority have 10% VAT rate on Food.

Why doesn't the UK? This needs to change.

The VAT rate for the hospitality industry:

France 10%
Germany 7%
Italy 10%
Spain 10%
Ireland 11%
Norway 13.5% (where a pint is £10!)
United Kingdom 20% !

The UK has the highest rate in Europe.
