@AmyfStuart Ha! A classmate and I may or may not have have just looked up this word to remind us of its definition in preparation for a law school exam. I look forward to seeing the results...
🚨Job Opening: I'm looking for a P/T assistant!
The time has come for me to get some hands on help with admin, research, reading, web updates & data entry so I can do what I do best: agent!
Information here: https://t.co/8ia7TDQiZf
Deadline to Apply: April 23rd
Remote? Yes.
I am looking for a 2L or 3L who can help me with some legal drafting, research, writing & content creation on a per-file/project basis. Flexible hours & of course, paid. Bonus points if you've taken family or estates law. Email me at [email protected], if interested!
Are you a student who recently went through the OCI recruit in Toronto, or do you know any? I'd love to hear about your experiences, particularly with the kinds of questions being asked. DMs are open!
When I was at @uocommonlaw the Ottawa market did not do OCIs, but I had a lot of in-firm interviews and no offers. If you don't get a call today, I know how you feel. But it's not the end of the road. Happy to chat with anyone who is going through the process now.
@carlywatters I recommend @replyall to everyone!! Excellent reporting and storytelling about anything that could and has happened on the internet, and I just want to be best friends with PJ and Alex (the hosts)
Some keys terms overheard while WFH with @JBarbershop39: “our biggest bottlenecks,” “hierarchy,” “give the team the tools they need,” and the classic, “we’ll circle back”
