@AmtrakNECAlerts Train 108 left DC almost 3 hours late. At 1130p In Baltimore, we were told to get off the train. I woke up my 3 young children to board another full train. We are not sitting together. We left at 1230. We are scheduled to arrive after 2am. Unacceptable!

I had to wake up my 3 young children at 1130pm (after a 3 hour delay in DC) and told to board a completely different and sold out train!? You need to refund everyone on train 108 their full ticket and follow up with them.
