Despite the good news for heat network and prepayment customers, stark reality is that energy bills are too high for many households to carry.

This is a big step forward for people living on heat networks. Networks have the potential to be lower carbon AND lower cost than individual heating systems but the market wasn’t working for customers.

More to do, but well done @theadeuk and all who’ve pushed for this.
