@dunkindonuts The new Dunkin on Concourse B in CVG is terrible! Friendly staff, but you can’t do a mobile order and they only have 3 people working this morning. The line is about 20 people deep. I’ve already waited for 10 mins and haven’t moved! You must do better, especially in an airport!

WiFi outage in Port Canaveral at this time while boarding the WONDER of the SEAS. Poor operational planning that the check-in tablets don’t have access to a cell connection and have to rely on the ships satellite connection even in the terminal!
