this is the exact sequence. same one every time.
PHASE 1: THE COMPLAINT MINE (day 1-3)
go to reddit. pick 3 subreddits where your audience hangs out.
sort by top of all time. read for 2 hours total.
screenshot every post that starts with:
- "i'm so frustrated with..."
- "why is there no..."
- "i spent 6 hours trying to..."
- "does anyone have a template for..."
you need 20 screenshots minimum.
these aren't ideas. these are orders. people telling you exactly what to build.
rank them by upvotes. highest upvotes = most demand.
pick the top complaint. that's your product.
PHASE 2: THE WEEKEND BUILD (day 4-5)
saturday morning: outline the solution
what does this person need to make the pain stop?
not a course. not a 50-page ebook.
a template. a swipe file. a checklist. something they can use in 10 minutes.
saturday afternoon: build v1
notion? build it in notion.
spreadsheet? build it in google sheets.
scripts? throw them in a google doc.
designs? make them in canva.
doesn't need to be pretty. needs to solve the problem.
sunday: make it look professional
clean it up. add a cover page. organize the sections.
record a 5-10 minute loom walkthrough if it needs explanation.
done. you have a product.
PHASE 3: THE PRICING PLAY (day 5)
do not price based on what feels comfortable.
price based on what the solution is worth.
the formula:
how many hours does this save them? x $50/hour = minimum price
template saves 10 hours? minimum $500 value. charge $47-67.
if you're nervous about the price, you priced it right.
$34 = entry point (simple template)
$47 = sweet spot (template pack or short guide)
$67 = premium (comprehensive system)
start at $47. raise after 50 sales.
PHASE 4: THE ASSET BUILD (day 6-7)
pick your platform: gumroad (easy), whop (growing), lemonsqueezy (clean)
doesn't matter which. pick one.
upload product. write description.
description formula:
line 1: the pain they feel (you're tired of X)
line 2: what they've tried (you've tried Y but it didn't work)
line 3: what this is (this is the exact Z)
line 4: what they get (inside you'll find...)
line 5: what happens after (in 10 minutes you'll have...)
add 3 bullet points of what's included. specific numbers.
"47 cold email templates" not "email templates"
"12 client onboarding scripts" not "onboarding help"
PHASE 5: THE PROFILE CONVERSION (day 8)
your profile is your sales page.
name: real or brand. doesn't matter. not "entrepreneur | dreamer"
bio: "i help [specific person] do [specific thing]. [number] customers. link below."
example: "cold email templates for agency owners. 140+ sold. grab them below."
pinned post: screenshot of the product or your best content about the problem.
link: direct to product. not linktree. direct.
banner: result screenshot or clear statement of what you do.
takes 20 minutes. most people skip it. those people stay broke.
PHASE 6: THE CONTENT LOAD (day 9-14)
write 30 posts before you start posting.
the split:
12 posts: problem agitation
"most [audience] waste 10 hours/week on [problem]"
"the reason your [thing] isn't working"
9 posts: quick mechanisms
"the 3-step process for [solution]"
"how to [outcome] in [timeframe]"
6 posts: proof/results
screenshots. testimonials. before/after.
don't have any? use results from reddit comments about the method.
3 posts: soft offers
"built something for this. link in bio if you want it."
takes 3-4 hours total. do it in one sitting.
PHASE 7: THE LAUNCH SPRINT (day 15-21)
post 3x/day for 7 days. 7am, 12pm, 6pm EST.
day 15: problem post + problem post + mechanism post
day 16: problem post + proof post + mechanism post
day 17: mechanism post + problem post + soft offer
day 18: problem post + mechanism post + proof post
day 19: proof post + problem post + mechanism post
day 20: mechanism post + proof post + soft offer
day 21: problem post + proof post + direct offer

find 10 accounts bigger than you in your niche.
