"Diesel prices are keeping many people in the food industry awake at night. Farmers are spending three times more on diesel than they did last year because they have no choice, and some food prices could rise by an additional 10% to 15% over the next two months if diesel prices remain elevated. It’s not a good situation."
Almost every technology boom creates a bubble, then a bust, whether it’s railroads, the Industrial Revolution, or the late 1920s.
Think about the late '20s: electricity, refrigeration, telephones, radios, airplanes, and cars were all emerging at once. Naturally, people wanted to invest in these miracles.
The danger is that people fail to distinguish the miracle from the investment. A technology can be truly transformative, but if the stocks are priced too high or bought on debt, you get a crash. That is the mechanics behind how bubbles form and burst.
New technology will be great, there is no doubt about that, but we always have to ask: great for whom, does it pay, and are we paying too much for the miracle?
It was great discussing this and other topics with Masterclass CEO David Rogier and future members of the @MasterClass Executive program. You can learn more about the program here: https://t.co/9wMKPLsuTY

Ok this is starting to feel like a f*cking disaster.
The CEO of Anthropic just published an article admitting AI is already building the next generation of AI by itself.
He says within 6 to 12 months a rogue swarm could take over the entire internet and cause hundreds of billions of dollars in damage.
And what makes it scarier, Elon Musk just backed up everything Dario said.
All of this dropping just days after Jacob Coxon went viral with his warning about AI and the extinction of humanity.
Tell me this timing isn't strange.
🇨🇦 IRCC confirmed they cannot locate 2 million expired visa holders.
CBSA says they don’t have resources to find them.
Canada’s immigration minister called it under control.
2 million people. Untracked. In a country of 40 million.
That’s not a resource problem.
That’s a system that was never designed to enforce its own rules.👇
DANIELLE SMITH : “Just think about how angry you are right now that Donald Trump is taking an attack on the economy and trying to shut down key industries. Well, that’s what Justin Trudeau did to Alberta for 10 years.”
‼️WOW - Alberta Premier had to explain to Mark Carney and Doug Ford
what would HAPPEN if she turned off oil to the USA
"Line 5 goes through Michigan to Ontario....Pearson Int'l Airport would run out jet fuel."
Her IQ is easily 140 and shes dealing with imbeciles.
🚨 CBSA JUST CONFIRMED IT
Canadian plywood producers warned for months: China is dumping cheap, subsidized plywood into Canada.
Ottawa’s response? “America’s tariffs are unfair.”
Then their own agency dropped the findings:
• Dumped? Yes.
• Subsidized? Yes.
• Temporary duties now in effect, up to 227.5% on many Chinese exporters.
This is the second investigation. Canadian mills were already losing sales and jobs.
When your own border agency says the industry was right and China was cheating, maybe stop lecturing the Americans.
Protect Canadian workers first.

Money supply is significantly outpacing economic growth across major economies:
Canada's M2 money supply has grown +368% since January 2004, the largest increase among G7 economies.
By comparison, the Canadian economy has expanded +159% over the same period.
The US follows, with M2 growth of +279% versus a +171% increase in nominal GDP.
Meanwhile, M2 in France has surged +258% and +211% in the Euro Area, both outpacing nominal GDP growth of +84% and +102%, respectively.
In Japan, M2 has grown +90% since 2004, while its economy expanded just +25%, the slowest pace among G7 economies.
The gap between money creation and economic growth is widening.
🚨 LOOK AT THIS CHART
Money supply (M2) growth since 1968:
🇨🇦 Canada: 10,784%
🇩🇪 Germany: 6,273%
🇨🇳 China: 5,844%
🇺🇸 United States: 4,155%
🇯🇵 Japan: 3,811%
Canada printed more money than every major economy on earth.
Every other country started levelling off.
Canada’s line goes VERTICAL.
This is why your dollar is worthless.
This is why homes cost $1 million.
This is why groceries doubled.
This is why food bank visits hit 2.2 million.
This is why your savings buy less every single year.
It’s not “global inflation.”
It’s a printing press that never stopped.
IT’S THE CANADIAN PESO.
The government devalued YOUR MONEY to fund spending it couldn’t afford.
The elites know the system is collapsing. Bret Weinstein explains the "endgame dynamic" where the people in charge are simply looting the country and burning it down because they know they won't have to face the consequences.
On Sept 9, 2024, Carney was appointed Trudeau's advisor.
Days later, Telesat, led by Carney's friend, received a $2.14B loan for satellites.
On Jan 6, 2025, Trudeau prorogued Parliament, blocking critics.
Telesat, now accused of fraud, secured another contract worth billions.
Tell me this is a political issue, not a legal one, without telling me. 🤔
A citizen initiative petition is launched under Alberta’s Citizen Initiative Act, one of the few mechanisms ordinary people have to bring an issue directly to the public.
What happens next?
Press conferences demanding that Danielle Smith resign. Letters pleading for Mark Carney to step in. A visit to King Charles. Then the so-called “historic” non-confidence vote with the NDP, which nothing short of a complete nothing burger, along with a disruptive spectacle at the Legislature.
And yet Mr. Sylvestre is the one forced into court to defend the petition.
If this were truly about the law, the process would simply run its course. Instead, every political lever imaginable is being pulled to stop citizens from even putting the question to the public.
In a democracy, citizen initiatives exist precisely so the public can participate directly in decisions that affect them. The real question is whether those democratic tools will be respected or whether they will be blocked whenever the outcome becomes politically inconvenient.
In a healthy democracy, we challenge ideas with debate and let the public decide. But when every effort is made to stop citizens from even asking the question, it starts to look a lot less like democracy and a lot more like control.
It’s amazing how our Government can’t seem to find 700 IRGC individuals living in Canada, but could immediately find out who donated 5 bucks to the Freedom Convoy
