@CloudflareHelp trying to do support chat but I keep hitting this. I did the steps and *think I did this ticket 4 days ago (I got email confirmation) – still can't access chat (Business account)! I click the link to see tickets I get a 404! No other way of contacting Cloudflare!
@allenholub To add to this, it can still be helpful to hear what solutions customers want — people tend to be better at articulating something that would immediately relieve some pain point than to be self-aware about their whole complex world and situation that’s leading to that problem.
@zenorocha@postmarkapp@SendGrid@messagebird I’m curious if you think the others are bad or just decent. Either way, as a developer I’m excited to see what exceptional DX looks like if those aren’t!
@holman Amazing, but one more point: email. Imagine Stripe on .co or .ai. People will email @stripe.com. Terrible UX, sure. But vendors email sensitive contracts. Customers email PKs. Partners email embargoed news... all goes to owner of https://t.co/teGw6Vhfca (hopefully you soon 🙏)!
@erica_wenger I visited Doha several years ago after that airport was recently built. It was as empty as it was stunning. Very much a “build it and they will come” approach in Doha.
@ankurnagpal Servers get great benefits and solid work life balance in government. They aren’t just forced to work 24/7 until they die. This isn’t twitter.
@Shpigford@ankurnagpal A huge argument for shelling out for your brand’s .com is email security. Owning a premium domain with a startup using the same name on a different TLD, I receive very sensitive emails (passwords, contracts, invites to internal systems, etc). Asymmetrical upside AND downside.
