Screening is not a diagnostic test for cancer and people should stop perpetuating that myth.

@HeyChelseaTroy Couldn't agree more. The only addition I would make would be to add some unit tests to flesh out the corner cases, but keeping the simple readability. But fixing any bugs in this code, while also making it harder to understand is not a good change.
