@MikeBinderjokes Anger is a cheaper emotion to tap into IMHO. Behind anger is always a deeper, more fundamental emotion (e.g., scared, frightened, sad, vulnerable, helpless, etc.). Might get some laughs, but one can tap into the more fundamental. Thatβs ripe for belly laugh material.
IMDb pet-peeve: why do I have to click into the search box to search? When the page loads, if I start typing, it should auto-focus into the search box and let me start searching. This needs to be fixed on @IMDb , @imdbpro, their iPhone/iPad apps, and @boxofficemojo.

I just did stand-up on David Letterman the night before. Five minutes. I'm 27 years old and I think I've made it.
My agent calls me the next day and fires me.
@mbateman This is true of smaller groups of kids, even just two (less so if the two are siblings). When one of my kids has a friend over, I barely need to watch them. Obviously, the older they are the more this is true.
@AlexEpstein Magda Gerber's RIE parenting philosophy was paradigm changer. It foster's in the child the idea, not that the world happens to them, but that THEY happen to the world. It sets up a lifelong mindset of autonomy, self-reliance, and authenticity.
@flowidealism In my experience, most homeschoolers are more comfortable in a wide variety of social situations and a wide range of age groups (as opposed to only kids their own age).
@flowidealism My 8th-grade homeschooler just place 1st in a debate tournament. My 7th-grade homeschool has so many friends I can't keep track of them all. "Who is that again?" I'm constantly asking. They both frequently perform in community theatre, often with lead roles.
