@JohnnyT3ars@GrandpaDennisP What about the Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019, signed into law by President Trump in 2020? It mandates that presidential candidates sign the Ethics Pledge prior to the election and sets the deadline of October 1. That's not full of shit.
@RightAngle1776@GrandpaDennisP What about the Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019, signed into law by President Trump in 2020, which mandates the signing of the Ethics Pledge PRIOR to assuming office? This act spells it out and sets the deadline, which is actually prior to the election.

@MedBennett@SirBylHolte Michigan, according to what you posted, had at that stage only 59% of the districts reporting. Are you suggesting that the other 41% of districts should not have had their votes counted because the polls closed?
@MedBennett@SirBylHolte I don't understand this meme you posted. It indicates when the polls closed and not when the vote counting stopped. If you look in the lower right hand corner, you can see the percentage of votes counted as reported by district.
The last @NMADmuseum diplomatic simulation for my Diplomatic History class this semester. Thankful to NMAD for providing such great material! An interesting, although problematic and flawed, solution to a refugee crisis scenario @bauintdc
Thanks @NMADmuseum and Dr. Alison Mann for the wonderful visit! My students had a great time and learned a lot about both the historic and contemporary practice of diplomacy. @bauintdc
My contribution to the discussion about Turkish-US relations and the status of the "Strategic Mechanism." Thanks @StraitTalkTRT for the forum!

My Diplomatic History class was treated to a talk by former Egyptian Ambassador Dr. Hamdi Saleh. That's what's great about studying in DC, access to people who have knowledge and experience in international relations and governance. @bauintdc
My Diplomatic History class attempting to resolve the latest @NMADmuseum simulation challenge - the '56 Suez Canal Crisis. As you can see, some parties were playing hard ball! @bauintdc
Conducted the first simulation exercise in my Diplomatic History class. Thanks @NMADmuseum for the materials. The outcome of the Barbary Pirate Hostage Crisis of 1794 was quite different from actual history! @bauintdc
After 2 months of class on Environmental Politics our student from France, Mateo, took his first step towards awareness and bought a reusable grocery store bag! Education in action! @bauintdc
