@LenexaPolice "Ruled" ??? As in, a jury or judge has "ruled" or otherwise come to a verdict? It also says, "the investigation is ongoing," so I doubt it's been ruled in a court of law yet. Sounds more like this should say, "alleged" or "being investigated as..." Choose words wisely.
