Update: We are still completely locked out of both Global Administrator accounts for our Microsoft 365 production tenant.

This has now been ongoing for several days with AADSTS50196 / LoopDetected, repeated promised callbacks, and no engagement from anyone able to recover the tenant.

Microsoft Support performed authentication-related work under 2608120010002185 shortly before these issues began, which also needs to be reviewed.

@MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft365 @Microsoft — can someone please help get this in front of an actual Data Protection / Tenant Recovery engineer?

I am available immediately for any required identity or tenant ownership verification.

Please, no third-party “recovery” services or software solicitations. I am looking specifically for assistance from Microsoft.

@MicrosoftHelps I need urgent help with a Microsoft 365 production tenant lockout.

Earlier this week Microsoft Support performed authentication/settings work under case 2608120010002185 and closed the case. Shortly afterward, both of our independent Global Administrator accounts began getting stuck in an Entra security-registration loop with AADSTS50196 / LoopDetected.

Normal tenant users can still authenticate, but both Global Admins remain inaccessible.

Current recovery case: 2608190040008441

We've now been down for 48+ hours, have been told the case was escalated to Data Protection/Tenant Recovery, and still have not been contacted. Related support cases are being closed/marked duplicate while the underlying outage remains unresolved.

I am available immediately for tenant ownership verification.

I need someone at Microsoft to review the changes made under 2608120010002185 and confirm that an actual Data Protection/Tenant Recovery engineer has been assigned to 2608190040008441.

I think small businesses have different motivations for hiring lower cost employees than big business - we’ve made it hard for them to compete and be profitable

Worth noting Cyrus Scofield wasn’t just translating he was working from a broader framework (influenced by John Nelson Darby / dispensationalism).

When he reads Galatians 3:15–29, he seems to see shared spiritual blessing in Christ while still maintaining a future role for Israel.

He also leans into Gap Theory (Genesis 1:1–1:2), which is interesting and worth a look since it shows how much interpretation he’s bringing into the notes.
