@EE I have been trying to contact someone to actually talk to for over hours now about our phone line and every time I get a blinking text and no call and when I did get a call they hung up as I answered the call on the first ring. I have a fault on my landline and noone 2 talk 2

@MidSuffolk just spoken to the most unhelpful person re a garage I applied for months and months ago! I was told I would be contacted when a garage in my area is free.....there are nearly 12 empty in my village! I know I live virtually in spitting distance of them!

@ThreeUK so my son, who is underage and full stime student managed to get a contract phone...no idea how, I contacted customer support supplied all docs needed to prove this and now he has sent collectors after him as no one and I mean NO ONE has come back to me from 3!

@MartinSLewis I need some help, I have a tumble dryer, still in warranty, it broke 6 wks ago contacted @BekoUK has an engineer come and look at it needed new part, engineer came this week said all fixed and still not working! I'm at the end of my tether now! Now want me to pay

@BekoUK I've had an engineer out today to 'fix' my tumble dryer, still in warranty, and it's still not working! I've eventually got through to your call centre and been told I've got to wait for an engineers report even tho he said all fixed and ready to go 🤣 no it isn't!
