🇯🇵 Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) is considering reclassifying crypto under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) — paving the way for crypto ETFs in Japan.

🔎 Now:
Crypto is under the Payment Services Act → treated as means of payment/exchange only
✅ Payments, transfers, basic trading
❌ No ETFs, no derivatives, no complex products

🏛️ If moved under FIEA:
•Crypto = full-fledged financial assets
•Opens doors for ETFs, funds, derivatives
•Clearer regulatory & tax framework

🚀 Why this matters for Jasmy
