I realized recently how powerful the mind is, i actually become obsessed with it

I started to analyse all these elite people in their niches

If we take McGregor, Mayweather, Ronaldo, Musk, Jon Jones, Cardone, Ye, Kobe, Tate..you name it

Maybe these guys are not the most hardworking or maybe they are, we can't know this

But what they master and they are the best, is their mind, their confidence, they simply understood that negative thought is just a feeling, a thing, idk how to call it, that is super easy to get over it

If you say 5 years straight you are the most stupid person and you are capable of nothing, then this is 100% true and vice versa

Having confidence and power in your mind, is not something that people born with, it is a muscle, you need to train it like you train chest

It is normal to have doubts, but what if you don't?

What if you believe in yourself no matter what?
People only say "work hard, lock in, be obsessed"

But your work will never be good if you don't actually believe in it, when you press that keyboard or click the mouse, if you don't believe in any action, in any test, in any thought of yourself, you can work 100 hours per week, you won't make it

We always train, always work, but we never train for confidence and our mind
