its honestly funny. like every past decision he looked like an idiot buying and then the decision massively transformed the company. who knows where $META would be without @WhatsApp or @instagram.

i do think that the model space is becoming more crowded tho. the biggest worry is not how they're gonna compete with @AnthropicAI or @OpenAI, but open source models from China.

@danielisdizzy I think you're missing how serious the suit is. Yes, the price is cheap. Yes, the suit seems kinda baseless. But if they get hit with these fines its gonna screw their balance sheet. This comes on top of the scrutiny from capex.
