.@TwitchSupport I have seen the updated article about supported languages (https://t.co/1m6zLPiDQq), so I have some questions. Firstly, my main language is Polish, and I'm wondering how support decides if a specific user has violated the TOS when they don't speak this language.
My second question concerns unbans in Polish language, and how this process will work. I am currently banned and have been for a while. The lack of Polish support makes it impossible for me to apply for an unban.
For my part, I can only assure you that I have reflected on my behavior. My nickname is the same as here (sebucha_).
I hope that my request will be positively considered, and my questions will be answered.

I got banned for slur or symbols. The message I received did not specify which message exactly. The appeal request was also rejected. I assume that for the message "czarnyuuh" where it was not received, a space was added between it. uuh is an emote of the 7tv extension (https://t.co/iiE5h6G43z) and it does not refer in any way to offending anyone, and the first part is simply a color. My nickname is the same as on Twitter. Finally, I will add that it is sad if you treat something like this as racist behavior. Regards
