Every time I try to reach anyone from twitch I get response from a bot or other machine, so I really hope a real Twitch employee will read this and take action or contact me to clear this whole thing up. @Twitch @TwitchSupport

After my appeal was rejected almost instantly, I sent a ticket to reach a real support employee. But in response, I was sent back to the appeals page and they added that sending more tickets will result in more penalties. YES, Twitch wants to punish me for contacting support.

In my region(Poland) there is a leftover blacklist of words that gets people banned very often for completely random things, but there is no Polish support that could review the context and read appeals.

I am sure that this is a mistake and I got banned by a bot so I submitted an appeal hoping that someone will read it, I described the whole thing, but my appeal was rejected within minutes by a bot, as I am sure no one would think a permanent ban is an appropriate punishment.

My account was recently permanently suspended for sending a randomly generated Imgur link to the chat that contained a misspelled banned Polish word in the URL. I sent it and got banned after few hours. So am I supposed to read and check every URL I want to send to the chat?
