Happy birthday to @RichardHeartWin 🎂🎈
The victory over the SEC was only the first step on the journey to glory.
In the shadows, the path has quietly been prepared.
Many got lost in the darkness of blood🩸
When dawn comes, glory will rise — and the empire will awaken👑
The court has entered judgment in favor of Richard Heart, HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, marking the final formality in the SEC’s case. The matter is now closed—unless the SEC appeals within the next 60 days which seems unlikely at this point.
Congratulations to @RichardHeartWin
🚨 VICTORY! Judge Carol Bagley Amon orders the SEC case against Richard Heart (HEX, PulseChain, PulseX) CLOSED on 5/5/2025! Per Docket #57, the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in Heart’s favor and finalize the case closure, marking a major win for crypto!
It’s official: the case SEC vs. Richard Heart has been dismissed.
The SEC does not intend to file an amended complaint.
After months of speculation, delays, and drama — it’s over.
Let that sink in.
@cryptotray79 We can expect the court to issue a formal order of dismissal within the next few days. This will give the SEC 60 days to file an appeal with the Second Circuit Court — but at this point, the SEC will want to avoid further embarrassment at all costs. It’s not going to happen.
The DOJ’s pivot—ending regulatory crypto prosecutions, dissolving NCET, and focusing on real crime—could very well be the final nail in the coffin for the SEC’s case against R.Heart, HEX & PulseChain. No DOJ backing drastically reduces the likelihood of an amended complaint. Win.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche: "Ending Regulation by Prosecution." “The Department of Justice is not a digital assets regulator.” “The Justice Department will no longer pursue litigation or enforcement actions that have the effect of superimposing regulatory frameworks on digital assets..” "Ongoing investigations that are inconsistent with the forgoing should be closed." "The National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team (NCET) shall be disbanded effective immediately."
