We encourage this as its important that you feel you have a strong therapeutic relationship. Please make sure they provide you with referrals.

@twhitson26 @Sheesh_Its_Mish You will rarely find a therapist with a private practice without a policy like this. I know my colleagues and my own therapist has waived late cancellation/no show fee if I've rescheduled within that week.

@twhitson26 @Sheesh_Its_Mish Most therapists will waive for first time late cancellation. If rescheduled in the same week it is also waived. Everyone should be reviewing their informed consents as these are documents signed stating you understood this policy.
