Is a team that does well in the ACES Nationals "allowed" to compete in grassroots? Start to pull the thread of the way youth football is set up in this country & it quickly unravels. Where do you draw the line? Who "allows" what?

Bad coaches are found out quickly enough; in the academy system, foundation level or a Level 1 try hard parent.
